HeyJo v2
With v1 we learned that the AI-powered document search worked well, but maintaining a universal library ourselves was a dead end. We couldn't cover every product, every manual, every edge case.
So we flipped the model: instead of us curating the documents, we let companies bring their own. That meant building a proper web platform — no more Telegram bot — with shared knowledge bases, permissions, and team management.
HeyJo v2 is an enterprise knowledge assistant. Teams upload their technical documentation — user manuals, specs, maintenance procedures, compliance docs — and get instant answers grounded in those sources.
Every answer comes with citations pointing to the exact page and paragraph. Diagrams, schematics, and photos are extracted directly from the uploaded documents, not generated by AI. The system supports over 60 languages, including cross-language retrieval: upload in French, ask in English.
Managers create shared knowledge bases and control who has access. Team members query these bases and get sourced answers. For field workers who don't need a full account, there's a temporary access link with a time limit — simple enough to use on site.
Documents stay private: GDPR-compliant, stored in the EU, never shared with third parties or used for model training.
